Alex was a competitive épée fencer for eight years in the UK and US, and has taken classes at RADA and Stagecoach in stage combat. She has experience in staging with weapons as well as choreographing hand-to-hand combat for the stage and screen. She fight choreographed Camelot with Columbia Musical Theatre society, and Look at Me for the Human Rights Arts Festival, and most recently used her training to fight choreograph The Penelopiad, her senior thesis in directing.
